From Schönefeld Airport SXL:

Take the 171 bus to the Grenzallee underground station (U7) or the S-45 towards S-Bhf. Südkreuz to (U7) Neukölln. Change to the underground in the direction of Rathaus Spandau. We recommend the last car to drive the 11 stations to Rathaus Neukölln. Go over Karl-Marx-Str. left and then right up into Neckarstrasse. Our hotel is right next to a waffle café.

From Tegel Airport TXL:

Take bus 109 or X9 to U-7 station. Jakob-Kaiser-Platz. Change to the U7 in the direction of Rudow and get off at the Rathaus Neukölln stop. Go over Karl-Marx-Str. left and then right up into Neckarstrasse. Our hotel is right next to a waffle café.
