An aparthotel in the heart of Neukölln, where a century of tradition meets the Berlin of today.
The Thüringer Hof has opened its doors at the same address since 1923, passed down through generations and renewed again and again. Much was lost when the war swallowed Neukölln’s archives. What remains is an entry in an old Berlin telephone directory, a lease from 1923 - and a house that keeps telling its story.

Our Story →Behind the 19th-century façade: high stucco ceilings, burgundy velvet, brass and marble - apartments where old Berlin lives on and the new Berlin has moved in. Not a museum. A home for a while.
Six categories, each with its own name and face, spread through the whole building.

Warm and easy-going, with a mosaic kitchen and a quiet bedroom.
Details →
Midnight-blue damask, mustard yellow, velvet. The boldest of the six categories.
Details →
Right at the top, with its own terrace - the only place in the house where the evening happens outdoors.
Details →
Stucco, a gilded wall clock and a large kitchen-living room where everyone fits.
Details →
A bright salon, black marble in the bathroom, a drinks trolley for the evening.
Details →
Two bedrooms, four double beds, two bathrooms. Ten guests, and no queue in the morning.
Details →Falafel and filter coffee, a market along the canal, galleries tucked into courtyards: Neukölln is the Berlin everyone talks about - and you are staying in the middle of it, not next to it.
The city’s best-known street market: spices, fabrics, gözleme - Tuesdays and Fridays along the Landwehr Canal.
355 hectares of disused airport. Sunset on the runway.
Lines U7 and U8 on the doorstep: Alexanderplatz in fifteen minutes, Ku’damm in twenty.
Neukölln’s old village centre: cobblestones, Berlin’s oldest working forge, and sudden quiet.
